Our Community

West Oaks is a community of 360 cluster homes and 6 traditional homes located in Woodstock, Georgia. The cluster houses are all detached, single-family homes and are very low maintenance. The Association maintains the front and side yards for all cluster homes, as well as the common property and entrances. The Association also maintains all signs and mailboxes in the community.

Our neighborhood was constructed from 1999 - 2002, and our residents come from a wide range of backgrounds. We have single people buying their first home, families with small children, and older adults who are downsizing to smaller spaces.

The purpose of the Association is to maintain the community for the enjoyment of its residents and to protect the property values for the investment each of the homeowners have made.
